Y/N's POV

It was now lunchtime.

Apparently Mineta was going to Mt. Lady so that was off my list. Ochaco-chan was going to Battle Hero: Gunhead's agency so that was an option.

"Hey, Sho-chan, who's agency are you going to intern at?" I asked.
"My dad's agency." he replied.
"Whaaat? Why?" I asked.
"Even if he's a pain in the ass, he's number two hero for a reason, right?"
"First, language. Second, true..."
"Which agency are you going to go to?" he asked.
"To be honest, I was thinking of going to your dad's agency. Now I'm going there for sure."
"Why?"
"To make sure he doesn't try any funny business." I replied with a shrug.
"What's the worst he could do?"
"Umm.. I don't know..? Fry you like street food?" I said with a laugh.
"Ha. Ha. Very funny." replied Sho-chan while rolling his eyes.
"I just don't want him giving you a hard time. That's all. Let's go turn in our forms before we leave."

I helped him fill out his form and we walked into the teacher's lounge.

"Y/N?! You're not supposed to be in here!" exclaimed Mom.
"I just wanted to make sure our forms got turned in directly." I replied with a shrug. I handed her our forms then walked out after waving goodbye.

"So you just come and go?" asked Sho-chan.
"Yup!" I replied.
"They don't care about you just barging in like that?"
"Nope!"
"You're free to do just about whatever you want here, huh?"
"Yup!"

As we walked down the halls, a few upper classmen waved to me. If I'm being honest, I didn't recognize them. I simply assumed they challenged me in the past.

We decided to go to his house after school. A girl with white hair and red streaks greeted us.

"Hmm? Who's this, Shouto?" she asked, looking at me.
"This is Y/N Kayama." replied Sho-chan. The girl's eyes widened.
"You're Kayama?! I saw you help Shouto at the sports festival! Thank you for that!" She seemed happy to see me.
"If you don't mind me asking, who are you...?" I asked.
"Oh! Silly me, I forgot to introduce myself! I'm Fuyumi Todoroki! Shouto's older sister." she replied.
"That means you're another one of Rei-san's kids!" I exclaimed.
"You know our mom?" she asked.
"That's a long story. Sho-chan can tell you allll about it." I replied.
"I still have the cake you made, let's eat it." said Sho-chan.
"So that's where the cake came from." said Fuyumi.
"Hey, Todoroki... umm... Todoroki-chan...?" I didn't quite know what to call her.
"You can just call me Fuyumi." she said.
"Alright, Fuyumi. So, what's your favorite flavor of anything?" I asked.
"That's a random question. I'd say... strawberry!" she replied.
"I'll make sure to remember that!" I replied, smiling.

Sho-chan got out the cake I had made for him.

He asked if I wanted a slice, but I rejected it. Too much sweet stuff isn't exactly good for my body. Not to mention the cake was made for him to eat, not me.

"That reminds me! I still need to give Izu-kun the figurine!" I exclaimed bouncing up from my seat. "I'll be back." I said. I summoned a petal and placed it in Sho-chan's hand before teleporting to my house. I grabbed the golden figurine and called Ochaco-chan.

"Hey, Ochaco-chan!" I said. "Do you know where Izu-kun lives?" I asked
"Deku? He lives at (insert his address here cuz idk). Why do you need it?" she asked.
"It's about the deal I made with him a few days ago. Remember when he trapped you?"
"Oh, yeah! Well, I need to go now. See you tomorrow, Y/N-chan!"
"Bye, Ochaco-chan!"

We hung up and I typed his address into my phone. The GPS led me to his apartment. I rung the doorbell, and a woman who I assumed to be his mom appeared.

"Hello! Excuse me, but is Midoriya home?" I asked.
"Izuku? Give me a moment, I'll go call him." She turned around and called for Izu-kun. Moments later, the green haired boy made his way to the front door. He seemed surprised to see me.
"Y-Y/N? What are you doing here?" he asked. I revealed the figurine which I had been hiding behind my back. It was still in its original box. It was in perfect condition. I handed it to him and his eyes went wide. "Y-you weren't joking!!" He was really happy about it. "Thank you Y/N!"
"No problem, Izu-kun! I have somewhere to be, so see you tomorrow!" I waved goodbye to both Izu-kun and his mom before teleporting to the petal I had given Sho-chan.

I looked around to find myself in a bathroom. The water was running.
"Y/N?" I heard Sho-chan's voice from behind the curtain.
"Yup. It's me." I replied. "I'll just head out now..." I made my way towards the door.
"I left my towel outside. It's on my bed. Do you mind getting it?"
"Alright." I found the towel and made my way back to the door. I knocked lightly, waiting for a hand to poke out from inside. The door swung open to reveal a half naked Sho-chan. A towel wrapped around his waist (thank goodness). I felt my face grow hot. I immediately threw the towel at his face and ran towards his bed. I buried my head into his pillow and refused to look up.
"You can look up now." I heard Sho-chan's voice, but it sounded like he was stifling a laugh.
"It hasn't even been a minute!" I yelled through the pillow. "Do I need to remind you that being half naked doesn't count as being dressed?!"
"Do I need to remind you that it counts for boys?"
"Well it doesn't count in my book! So put on a freaking shirt!"
"'Freaking'? Most people would say 'fucking' instead of 'freaking.'" He paused for a second before continuing. "Now that I think about it, I haven't heard you swear before."
"If you want to hear someone swear, go find King Explosion Murder."
"No thanks."
"Do you have a shirt on yet?"
"Yeah." I slowly lifted my head from the pillow. I was immediately greeted by Sho-chan's face. When did he get in the bed too?! At least he wasn't lying about having a shirt on. I turned my back to face him. I was doing my best to hide the growing red on my face. I suddenly felt my hair being moved around.
"What are you doing?" I asked.
"Playing with your hair. You always play with mine, so now it's my turn."
"Well I'm taking a nap. Wake me up if anything happens." I said before drifting off.

My eyes fluttered open. I had awoken to the sound of laughter. I turned to find an empty space where Sho-chan once was. I glanced towards the window. Night had fallen. Apparently, I had slept through the day. My attention focused back on the laughter. It was coming from down the hall. I slowly emerged from Sho-chan's room. I crept down the hall, making no sound as I went. The laughter grew louder as I made my way towards the living room. I peered inside to find nothing. The room was empty except for a shadow-like figure sitting on the couch. It seemed so foreign yet so familiar. I slowly made my way towards the dark figure. I reached out to it, but it whipped its head around to face me, making me jump back. My eyes widened as I registered who the figure was.
"What the heck are you doing here?!" I yelled. I was scared. I didn't know what to do. Where is Sho-chan? Did he take him? A million thoughts clouded my brain. I couldn't think straight. Seeing the face of the man who had caused me so much pain. The face of the man who took my childhood away. The face of the man who I once called my father.
"My dear, sweet Y/N... It's been a while." His low voice seemed to bounce off the walls of the room. They pierced my skin, sending shivers throughout my entire body. I was scared senseless. In moments, the familiar feeling of being slowly crushed by vines overtook me. I tried my best to summon petals and teleport out, but I simply couldn't. I tried my best to find one of my petals, but I couldn't sense any of them. Then it came. The familiar feeling of thorns sinking into every inch of my skin. I screamed in pain. I continued to scream as the thorns sunk deeper and deeper into my skin.

"Y/N! Y/N!" Sho-chan's voice sounded panicked. I looked around. I was breathing heavily. I was back in Sho-chan's room. "It was just a dream. Calm down." It was just a dream? All of it? I turned my head towards Sho-chan. Tears fell from my eyes and flowed down my face. They dripped onto the bed as I took in shaky breaths. "You're alright. I'm here." Sho-chan's voice sounded so welcoming. Without thinking, I threw my arms around him and began sobbing into his shoulder. My entire body shook with every sob. "Shh... It's alright. Everything is alright." Sho-chan did his best to comfort me. I hadn't felt this scared in a while. Why did I have a nightmare tonight? I thought they had gone away. Eventually, my violent sobs turned into soft sniffles. Tears continued to fall, but not as roughly as before. "Are you alright now?" asked Sho-chan. His voice was soft and comforting. I slowly nodded my head and lifted it. When he saw the state I was in, his eyes widened. Although I couldn't see much of him due to the lack of light, I could tell he was worried.

"If it's alright, what did you dream about?" I took in a few more shaky breaths before opening my mouth to speak.
"My dad..." I said. I was surprised at how weak and scared my voice sounded. "I couldn't use my quirk... I was so scared..." My voice broke with every word.
"You're safe now. Nothing and no one can hurt you."
"But the pain... it felt so real..." Tears continued to fall from my eyes. My body felt weak and my mind felt numb.
"Just go back to sleep. It was only just a dream." He carefully placed my head on his chest. "When you wake up, you'll forget it ever happened." I shut my eyes and was eventually lulled to sleep.
